NICE TO MONACO WATER WEAR SKIN REVIEW

Hi guys, in this post I'll be reviewing this product called NICE TO MONACO WATER WEAR SKIN a Korean brand. This product is a toner that helps moisture your face. I have used this for a week now and I'm really enjoying using this.  Typically my face gets extremely dry during the harsh winter and after using this, it has helped me moisturize and nourish my face. This toner contained abundant nutrition that absorbs effectively to keep my skin moisturized and smooth.  This product contained a light floral smell and has a pump to dispense this product; making it hygienic.  I hope you have an opportunity to try this out.

I haven't been buying a lot of makeup products and gotten into more skincare products.  Using a good skincare product can really help make your face and appearance more youthful than makeups.   I really like to start using more good skincare products and I'm certainly open in trying more different types of skincare products in the long run.  I hope you enjoy this post and I hope I will share more beauty review soon.

Wishing I could go back in time to Paris...

Wishing I could go back in time to Paris and wanderlust to be able to stroll through the beautiful streets. I hope one day I could have an opportunity to live the Parisian Life.  I wish I could sip on a nice fine French coffee while having my favorite coconut Nutella crepes. I love the earring that I picked out from Les Nereides and the big plus that this was on sale.  This is my third jewelry collection that I have purchased so far. It's small and dainty and the color of this piece is vibrant blue; showing the Eiffel tower.

Other than my little purchase haul, I've busy taking care of my daughter.  I'm looking forward that  Spring is here.  No more thick coats and I could finally start wearing some dresses that I have brought.  I've been so cooped up at home almost this whole winter.  I hope I can go out more and enjoy the weather soon. I'm also currently training for my race and recently I tackled and finished my 10K race. I'm so glad it's over and I'm so sore now.  Also after my race, I stumbled this little squirrel nibbling on a piece of bagel, it knows how to eat well.

Other than race and taking care my little girl I'll hope I have some makeup or skin care review soon.  I've been so unmotivated to blog.  I hope I can come up with more post soon. Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful spring and do enjoy the lovely weather.

From Size 12 to Size 6

I started my diet journey around 2012 and there are times I do not really like to document my journey with image results.  I hate to take a whole image selfie of myself of how I look.  Looking back of some before and after pics recently was a drastic transformation.  From being a size 12 and 40D bra size majority of the time,  I became a size 6.  I changed because I want to live a healthier style, I want to be able to fit my clothes more comfortably.  After my weight loss journey, I still keep thinking I'm still an XL size and kept buying large sizes of clothes.  Psychologically my brain hasn't adapted that I lost the weight and still believed that I'm still big. I started my diet journey in my late 30s and wish I could have done it sooner.  The early 20s me made a lot of excuses even after giving birth to my first daughter.  I kept eating more and gaining more because I kept giving excuses to myself. I didn't have a positive and supportive feedback from friends.

Words of discouragement examples:
  • One friend would say maybe if you get a breast reduction, it'll help me to look better.
  • Another person would say you are so blessed with big breast
  • Another person would say to another friend can she even run with those big breasts.
I felt so discouraged, but I didn't let those hurtful words stopped me.  I moved on with self-motivation, self-determination, set goals and diet organically with no diet plans or diet pills. The reason why I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle is because to beat the odds from having diabetes.  I didn't lose weight to prove to my friends to look better.  I did it for my health and diabetes runs in my family and I do not wish to be in that situation.  Having gestational diabetes twice was really difficult enough.  I had to keep monitoring myself by pricking my fingers and being on a strict diet was very hard to manage while I was pregnant.

Word of wisdom:  always believe in yourself and achieve what you want.  Don't let people stop you by saying negative words.  "Sticks and Stones may break our bones, but words will never break me."  - That was my goal motto and that should be yours too when people brings you down or discourages you from achieving what you want.

And good luck on your journey!

Living Proof - Perfect hair Day (PhD) Travel Kit Review

In this post, I will be doing a hair review that I bought awhile ago at Sephora. There are countless of times that it's hard for me to tame my hair because I have thick and coarse hair.  There's never a good hair moment on me when it's down.  I always tie my hair up most of the time otherwise, I look like a lion. 🦁

I wanted to try something new and heard a lot of great reviews about Living Proof.  I bought the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Travel Kit to try it out for my trip to Italy.

Here's the before and after pics of the difference after using Living Proof products:
  • Untamed hair without using Living Proof product made my hair looked poofier dry and frizzy.
  • Tamed hair and used Living Proof made my hair more soft, shinier and hydrated and giving me a perfect hair day on the go.
I have to say these products really made my hair super soft, shiny and tamed my coarse hair.  I attempted to have my hair down during my vacation and captured some pics to see results what this travel kit can do. I'm really impressed and how effective this brand has worked on me while I was on my vacation.

Overview about this product:
